My philosophy is that looking after your health should be fun and not a chore.
Circuit training provides one of the best exercise routines to build muscle, enhance heart fitness and burn off fat.
Those new to exercise routines would be forgiven for thinking that circuit training is about running or exercising around a track or circuit. In this case the ´circuit´ is a combination of a number of short, high intensity but different exercises performed one after the other and designed to achieve a specific fitness result.
Most of our ladies say they feel more comfortable exercising in an all-female environment. My members range from 11 to 89.
I am fully qualified and cater for ladies with all different health issues e.g. arthritis, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, diabetes etc, who would often be unable to exercise in a large conventional gym.
Bootcamp is just a name – what we’ll be doing is group exercise in an indoor training facility. No yelling, no pushing beyond limits, just a motivating, fun and results oriented workout. When the weather gets good we are outside in the fresh air. At the back of a nice well maintained park
Doesn’t the traditional gym setting get a little boring sometimes? It’s nice to change up the routine and challenge your body in different ways. It’s also great to have other people around to motivate you and laugh with you.
Bootcamp sessions will consist of cardiovascular exercise, body weight exercises for functional training, calisthenics, various drills and flexibility training. In other words, an overall body program that will leave you pumped for the next class!

What you need to know
Each bootcamp is six weeks in length. It’s recommended that you do minimum of six weeks twice per week to achieve significant results. You can join at any point within the six weeks.
We are not doing traditional weight training. We will be doing Circuit training to challenge your entire body
Workouts are very dynamic and cardio and resistance based.
You will see dramatic improvements in your strength and endurance if you are attending regularly and doing the work.
You will have fun!!!
